Emergency Preparedness and Response – NOW? April 23rd, 2009 | Emergency Preparedness | No Comments »
Over the past weekend I came down with a very nasty infection the effected my kidneys. It has been 4 days since I started the antibiotics and I am still not 100%. More like a sore 70%, here is the kicker i’m 33 and kidney infections are pretty rare at my age. So how did I get it? Know one knows; not even the doctor that worked on me. So this struck a question in my mind.
If in the case of an emergency what would you do if you were struck with a kidney infection?
I seriously knocked me out for 3 days.
The Center of Disease Control has trainings that cover things like
Now they may not cover Kidney infections per say, they may be small change compared to some of these others.
They all scare me, A lot!
Lets all do our parts to be prepared in any kind of an emergency
